About DialysisCenters.org
Dialysis changes the shape of a week. Three times a week, often for hours at a time, the treatment schedule decides a lot about everything else. When someone is starting dialysis, moving to a new city, or traveling and needs treatment away from home, the first question is usually a simple one: where is the nearest center, and what should I know about it?
We built DialysisCenters.org to help answer that question.
We're a small team, and this started because we thought finding a dialysis center should be easier than it is. Much of the information is public, but it's spread across government databases and provider websites that aren't always easy to search, especially when you're already dealing with a lot. We wanted one calm, simple place where a patient, a family member, or a caregiver could look up centers near them and see the details that matter.
Where the information comes from
The facility information on this site comes from public data published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Each facility page shows the date of the data it's based on, so you know how current it is.
Not tied to any provider
DialysisCenters.org isn't owned by any dialysis company, and it isn't connected to one. We wanted a directory that covers centers across the country no matter who runs them, so you can see the options in your area side by side.
A gentle reminder
We're here to help you find your way, and we don't give medical care or medical advice. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by CMS, Medicare, or any government agency. Your nephrologist and care team know you and your health best, so please bring them your questions about treatment or about which center is right for you.
Thank you
If you're here for yourself, for someone you love, or for the people you care for every day, thank you for stopping by. We hope this makes one part of a hard road a little easier. If something on the site could work better for you, we'd love to hear about it.
